Business Development Executive

Esther is a Business Development Executive at SLEC Africa, where she coordinates business development research, leads industry intelligence initiatives, and oversees the organisation's digital footprint to strengthen visibility and stakeholder engagement across Africa's gaming industry.

A graduate of Philosophy from Lagos State University, Esther developed strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape her approach to research, communication, and business development.

With over two years of experience in marketing and business development, she combines research, communication, and strategic thinking to support organisational growth, industry engagement, and informed decision-making.

Ayodele Babalola

Digital Media & Design Coordinator

Ayodele is the Digital Media & Design Coordinator at SLEC Africa. He develops high-impact visual content and manages the organisation's digital media across all social media platforms.

A trained civil engineer turned product and brand designer with over half a decade of experience, his work in the creative industry combines graphic design, motion design, and video editing to support brand positioning, audience growth, and visibility - developing strategic, well-considered designs that align with business goals.

Beyond SLEC Africa's objectives, Ayodele volunteers with and supports the Women in Nigeria Gaming (WiNG) Network and the WYS Solicitors team.

Moyinoluwa Israel

Administrative Executive

Moyinoluwa Israel is an Administrative Executive at SLEC Africa. She oversees administrative functions and supports the organisation's Training & Development unit, including event coordination and stakeholder engagement.

With a background in law, she has a strong interest in responsible gaming, legal and regulatory compliance, policy development, and institutional capacity building within emerging African markets. Her early experience in the industry was in responsible gaming, where she supported initiatives focused on player protection, awareness, and industry education.

She plays an active role in SLEC Africa's knowledge-sharing initiatives, which bring together regulators, operators, and other industry stakeholders across Africa's gaming value chain.
